1 · Walk in
Come to the shop in Little Venice whenever we are open. No appointment is needed.
2 · Pick a chain
Choose from about 170 chains and hundreds of charms. We measure it on you for a perfect fit.
3 · A tiny weld
The chain is closed with a laser weld instead of a clasp. It takes a few minutes and does not hurt.
Silver or gold
Every permanent piece is available in 925 sterling silver and in gold, so it matches what you already wear.

Good to know
Permanent jewelry is welded in the shop only; it cannot be ordered online. If you ever need to take it off, cut the chain at the jump ring and bring it back: we weld it again. Silver may darken over time; a quick polish brings the shine back.

Laser welding
The laser welder closes the chain on you with a weld the size of a pinhead; no heat reaches your skin.
